Great
I loved the architecture of the building, the large rooms and the staff which was very polite and helpful. This hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the traditional London style accomodation. The bed is very large and comfortable. There were no noises at night.
Maybe check the TV in the room. It renders errors related to network connection repeatedly.

Relaxing, quality stay in a comfortable hotel in a great area.
Very comfortable boutique hotel in a quiet area, close to a tube station and a bus stop right out the front. Staff were excellent, especially the front desk manager and the sweet young lady serving breakfast. Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
Some narrow stairs and small lift (obviously restricted due to age of building).
